Installation Standards

Hardened low-voltage engineering

Every run follows BICSI pathways, ANSI/TIA standards, and dedicated enterprise topology. We build structured infrastructure engineered for continuous zero-failover operation.

System commissioning

Dedicated EMT conduit, seismic J-hooks, and heavy-duty wire basket trays installed with strict 40% fill limits for future scale.

Solid-copper Cat6A and multi-strand OM4 fiber pulled along uniform radii, punched down to modular patch fields without sheath nicking.

Enclosure topology built with front-to-back thermal airflow baffles, redundant switched PDUs, and clean comb-dressed patch cabling.

End-to-end OTDR trace exports, port-by-port PoE load balancing, VLAN segregation, and automated failover validation before turnover.

Quality Control

Zero-compromise cable discipline

We maintain 4x outside diameter minimum bend radii across every copper run, preventing alien crosstalk and structural return loss across high-throughput 10G backbones.

All terminations are sequentially mapped with laser-engraved phenolic labels matching CAD submittals. Every completed link includes raw Fluke DSX-8000 certification reports certifying headroom across all frequency parameters.
